Smoothies

We can pack a ton of nutrients into a smoothie! 

Besides the basic real, whole food ingredients in a smoothie, we can add so many other micronutrients. Some examples are: ashwagandha, maca, hemp hearts, moringa, blue majik, spirulina, matcha, cacao, milk thistle, and the list goes on. Add some in to keep your body functioning to it's fullest potential. The blender I recommend is a Vitamix. Unmatched to any other blender. Invest in yourself!

Smoothie bowl: 2 packs of Pitaya Plus pitaya + 2 bananas. Topped w mango, blueberries and a banana. 

1 c almond milk, 2 bananas, 2 dates, 4 drops of maca, 1 scoop blue majik, 1 passion fruit, 6 ice cubes, Garnish w Purely Elizabeth granola & blueberries.

1 packet of acai, handful of frozen blueberries, 3 bananas, 10 oz homemade almond milk. 

1 c raspberries, 1/2 c coconut milk, 1 tbs maca powder, 1 tbs ground flax seed, 6 ice cubes, raspberries on top.

1 c frozen sweet potato, 3 tsp hemp hearts, 2-3 bananas, 1 c almond milk. 1 tbsp peanut butter, dash of cinnamon. Blend and garnish with more cinnamon and hemp hearts.

1 bananas + 1 c frozen mangos + 1 c homemade almond milk topped with granola 

2 bananas, 3 kale leaves, 1 c sweet potato, 1 c almond milk, 1 mango, granola on top

1 c cauliflower + handful of blackberries + frozen bananas + almond milk. Add hemp hearts and maca if you have too! 

1 c almond milk, 1 scoop freeze dried pity, 1 scoop blue majik, 4 drops liquid maca, 4 ice cubes, 2 bananas, 2 dates

1 c almond milk, 1 c frozen butternut squash, 1 tsp fresh ground peanut butter, 2 bananas, 4 drops of liquid maca

2 bananas, 1 c frozen raw butternut squash, handful of raspberries, 1 1/2 c almond milk, 1 scoop pitaya powder, 4 drops liquid maca 2 tbsp hemp hearts. Garnished w hemp hearts and chia seeds

1 banana, 8 frozen strawberries, 1 c almond milk. My toddler's favorite!

1 packet Sambazon Acai, 1 c fresh cherries, 2 frozen bananas, splash of almond milk, heart-shaped strawberry
