SAUTEED BROCCOLI
This Simple Side only takes 5-7 minutes and is LOADED with vitamins and minerals. Add this to your meals this week!
You will need: (all organic ingredients)
2 heads of broccoli
2 bell peppers
5 cherry tomatoes
8-10 pearl onions
optional basil or mint
You can use all ingredients or use what you have in your fridge already. Here I have broccoli with pearl onions, and then broccoli with cherry tomatoes and bell peppers.
Wash and chop your peppers and broccoli. Heat your pan on medium with 1 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil. Cook until bright green and soft for 5-7 minutes. Cut your cherry tomatoes and add them to the dish for some extra juice to the dish. Real, whole food is what your body needs to get vitamins and minerals from. Fuel it properly so it work efficiently!
