Kite Hill Ravioli (I've seen mushroom and ricotta and spinach and ricotta) only at Whole Foods

3 Organic Kale leaves

1/2 Red Pepper

2 chopped dates

Dash of Celtic Salt

1-2 tbsp Coconut or Olive oil for pasta

Prep: Boil your water, add the ravioli and boil for 4 minutes. While it's boiling, chop your dates, wash the kale and red pepper.

Drain the ravioli and plate it. Add some coconut or olive oil, as much or as little as you want, you're the one eating it ;)

In a cast-iron or sautee pan, heat your red pepper until the desired taste. (You can have it raw or even roasted.) When your red pepper is almost done to your liking, add the de-stemmed and washed kale with some coconut oil and celtic salt to the pan.

Add in the chopped dates so they're nice and warm too.

Let sautee for a few minutes, plate all together and enjoy!
