This dish is simply amazing. The crunch of the sunflower seeds, the nutty flavor of the hemp hearts and the juicy fresh pineapple gives soooo much flavor to the saffron rice!


You will need:

2 c saffron Rice

1 1/2 c coconut milk

1/2 c water

sprouted sunflower seeds

chopped fresh pineapple (1/4 of the pineapple is what I do)

hemp hearts


Combine saffron rice with the coconut milk and water and cook in the rice cooker until soft and the water has cooked out.

While the rice is cooking, chop your fresh pineapple.

When the rice is done, add the fresh pineapple, sprinkle the hemp hearts and sprouted sunflower seeds. So simple!
