KALE CHIPS

These are amazing! Be prepared to eat the whole pan in one serving...and maybe even lick your plate! 

You will need:

organic kale

almond oil (or avocado, coconut or olive oil)

Celtic salt

optional nutritional yeast

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Wash and de-stem kale. Chop or tear into bite size pieces. Spin in a salad spinner or dab them with a paper towel to get all the water off. This will help them get crispy. If the

 leaves are wet, they may turn out soggy.

Lay the kale out on a baking sheet on parchment paper. Massage almond oil (or avocado, coconut or olive oil) into the kale and sprinkle Celtic salt and ground pepper over them.

One way to make them even better is to sprinkle Nutritional Yeast (amazing health benefits including a boost of B-12 and it tastes like cheese!) and/or nuts if you have some. I love roasting raw, organic cashews with the kale chips. Once the oven is preheated, place in over for 10-11 minutes.
