
HEMP, AB, BANANA SANDWICH


This Easy Snack is too easy to get in protein, healthy carbs and healthy fat! This will keep that metabolism going throughout the day, so get started!
You will need:
A toaster
2 slices Ezekiel bread
1 banana
2 tbsp ground almond butter
2 tbsp hemp hearts
Toast your slices of Ezekiel bread (if frozen, make sure toaster is on defrost)
Smear your almond butter on the toast
Slice your bananas and place on toast
Sprinkle your hemp hearts on top, and enjoy!!
