I've been making this guacamole since 2005, and it's always been a hit. FYI, I like my food spicy, so adjust the peppers as you feel needed.
You will need: (Always buy organic and local as often as you can!)
2 haas avocados
1/2 bundle of cilantro
(when in season, feel free to try 1 mango mixed in!)
Cut avocados in half, take out the pit, & mash with a fork as shown here until you have a smooth consistency.
Dice tomatoes and onions and add to avocados. I like to keep my tomatoes diced on the larger side, and onions chopped small. Stir in tomatoes and onions Chop and add 1/2 bundle of cilantro. Chop and add one jalapeño.
Stir all together, and squeeze in 1/2 lime to keep the guacamole from browning and for some flavor!
If you feel like you need more of any of the ingredients, add more as desired. If it's not spicy enough, add more jalapenos! Some jalapenos are a lot spicier than others, so just keep taste testing until you get it the way you like it and enjoy!
