5 minute quick, refreshing, and hydrating snack:
Wash all ingredients.
Peel and slice the cucumbers and lay out on a plate. Smear hummus on the cucumber slices. Make bite-sized pieces of fresh basil and lay on top. Slice your yellow/orange/red grape tomatoes in half and lay on the basil to keep it in place. (Your party could be outdoors, and the basil could blow away.) Drizzle balsamic of your choice on each cucumber bite and enjoy!
