You will need:

Cast iron skillet

1 cauliflower head

2 tbsp nutritional yeast

1-3 cloves of fresh garlic (minced)

Ground pepper

Celtic salt

1/2 lemon

Handful of fresh chives

1 bell pepper


Preheat oven to 400.

Wash and chop cauliflower, lay in cast-iron skillet. Brush avocado oil and minced garlic on top of the cauliflower. Sprinkle nutritional yeast, Celtic salt and ground pepper on top as well. Place in oven for 18-20 minutes or until the tops of the cauliflower are lightly brown and done to your liking. 

While the cauliflower is cooling, wash and chop the bell pepper and fresh chives, and place on top. Squeeze 1/2 lemon over everything and serve.
