Aside from being delicious, avocados have 22+ vitamins and minerals! All the more reason to load up on avocado toast!

Toast Ezekiel bread, a bagel or whatever your favorite bread is and spread the avocado on top with a fork.


I add a dash of celtic salt, lime and ground pepper. Like it spicy? Add some chili flakes or cayenne pepper. More fun toppings to choose from: pistachio oil, fruit, roasted garlic chickpeas, hemp hearts, nutritional yeast, micro greens, pea tendrils, basil, pine nuts, tomatoes. The list is endless!  Make it your own. You should love the food you are nourishing your body with.
