CHIMICHURRI
Make your taste buds explode with this chimichurri, I got from this website. I liked it so much I had to share it with you! I did not use the red crushed pepper on Daniel's site because I did not have any on hand, but I wouldn't say it mattered because this turned out to be amazingly tasty!
You will need:
Blender
1 c fresh Parsley
1 c fresh Oregano
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 garlic cloves
1/2 c olive oil
1 tsp ground Pepper
1 tsp ground sea salt
Mix and puree all ingredients together, using a spatula to scrape the sides occasionally until it's smooth. Use what you need, and store the rest in the refrigerator to pair with future meals. I paired it with cod here, and since cod does not have a powerful flavor, it gave it exactly what it needed. It was absolutely delicious! We do not eat meat often, but a grilled flank steak with grilled onions and chimichurri would be another great choice!
