You will need:

8 oz Almond milk, store bought or make your own, recipe here

4 ice cubes

2 bananas

2 tbsp cacao powder

2 tbsp fresh ground almond or nut butter

2 dates 

Sprinkle of cinnamon 


Combine all, under crush ice, then liquefy in blender and enjoy! Cacao nibs and powder are rich in antioxidants, iron and magnesium. They enhance that chocolatey taste in your shake! Great for post-workout.
